Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and AE Transport ("we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the hafibuscard.shop website and hafilat recharge services.

By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the website or use our services.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.

The Content and Marks are provided on the Site "AS IS" for your information and personal use only. User Representations

By using the Site and our hafilat recharge services, you represent and warrant that:

• Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation

Hafilat Recharge Services

Our website provides a platform for users to recharge their Hafilat transport cards. By using our hafilat recharge services, you agree to the following terms:

• You will provide accurate and complete information for all transactions
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your card information
• You will promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your card or account
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time
• We may impose fees for certain features or services, which will be clearly communicated

Payment Terms

When you make a hafilat recharge transaction through our Site, you agree to the following:

• You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the amount of your transaction
• You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide
• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• Transaction fees may apply and will be clearly displayed before you complete your transaction
• All amounts are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital hafilat recharge services, all transactions are final and non-refundable once processed. However:

• If your card is not recharged after a successful payment, please contact our customer support
• If you believe an error has occurred with your transaction, you must notify us within 24 hours
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of technical failure or duplicate charges
• Processing of refunds may take 5-7 business days depending on your payment method

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data to create a collection or database without written permission
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Site
• Use any information obtained from the Site to harass, abuse, or harm another person

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other information, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use our hafilat recharge services or otherwise in connection with any provision of these Terms.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, your User-Generated Content, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United Arab Emirates. AE Transport and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Service at our discretion. When we make changes, we will post the updated terms on the Site and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
